Fakirmat exercises

Here are some exercises you can do on a fakir mat:

1. lie on your back and stretch out your legs. Place the mat under your lower back and buttocks. Relax your whole body and take a deep breath.

2. lie on your belly and stretch out your legs. Place the mat under your lower abdomen and pelvic area. Relax your whole body and breathe deeply. 3.
Sit on the mat with your legs crossed. Place the mat under your buttocks and lower back. Relax your whole body and take a few deep breaths.

5. put the mat on the floor and lie sideways with your pelvis on the mat, this helps to relax the pelvic muscles. Don't forget to breathe in and out deeply.
