The rollers do their job with regular use. I ordered them because I prefer natural cork to plastic. The smell is noticeable at first, but hardly noticeable later on. The higher weight compared to a plastic roller may be a criterion for some. I also like to use the rollers for very simple exercises in the shoulder area. That's why it's a perfect set for my purposes and an asset both visually and haptically. The included fitness elastic band is a nice idea but in my opinion not very useful, a classic loop would be better.
The large fascia roll in particular helps with tension in the pelvic area if you use it with your back to the wall.
Wonderful for fascia massage, used daily, good! But everything takes time! Pleasant material.
