This was my 2nd order and it was also delivered very quickly and the quality was first class. Previously it was the Accupressure Mat Classic, this time the Intensive. I love them both. The Classic for relaxation and the Intensive for pain relief. Gladly again. :)

After initial skepticism and the first attempt (with a T-shirt), it gradually became a ritual. I have been using the mat for 14 days now and have used it immediately. Thanks to the blood circulation in my back, I am pain-free again after this short time. The knee pain has also subsided. I can ride my bike again like in the old days. I am also 70 years old and have felt fit again for a long time. I can only recommend this mat myself. If it stings too much, you should use the cotton cloth supplied. Keep at it and you will stay healthy.

I bought this mat because I have problems with my lower back. I've been using it regularly since I got the mat. I started with 5 minutes, yes you have to get used to it, but now I can do 10 minutes. Yes, I can already feel a clear improvement. I also use the mat for my feet as I also have circulatory problems. I use the mat in the evening and my feet are warm for the rest of the evening. That is simply fantastic. In short, I wouldn't want to be without this mat and I'm glad I discovered it 😊.

At first you have to get used to the acupressure mat but the effect is brilliant, relaxation, better sleep, less back pain after a short period of use. Definitely try it out 👍

I have only had this set for 14 days, but I would like to say that my back pain/tension has already improved. The sciatic nerve was tormenting me a lot, the pain has been blown away. Of course you have to get used to the stinging, but I put on a light T-shirt and thinner Capri pants and then lay down on the mat. The only thing I still have to get used to is the neck cushion, but I think that will work soon. The price is right, good quality. Thank you and best regards

I use this mat every evening and I have to say that it is very good for my body on the one hand and my mind on the other. I notice that I can totally relax on this mat and that my stress is reduced at the same time. I can only recommend this mat to anyone.

I had been thinking about buying a set like this for a while but the price put me off. Now I'm glad I bought it. I use the mat before going to bed or during the day when I feel totally tense. Since I've been using it before going to bed, I lie more peacefully at night and don't have to keep turning over because of back pain.

Bought acupressure mat because of neck problems. Was also at the orthopedist (tablets against neuritis).
When I use the mat and pillow, I fall into a pleasant deep sleep that lasts about 2 hours.
I can lie on the pillow in the neck area very well. I use the mat every day. Neck has recovered. I also rub ointments on the neck and shoulder area every day as a preventative measure.

A friend told me about the mat and at first I thought he was crazy. Anyway - order it - try it and hold on tight, this thing is brilliant. The first 5 minutes take some getting used to, but after that you get a cozy, warm feeling and you fall asleep on it straight away. I can only recommend it to anyone with stress and back pain. Don't buy the cheap crap for 20 euros, buy this, it costs more but lasts considerably longer and is more effective.
