Payment methods

For deliveries within and outside Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer.

Delivery

We ship to the countries of the European Union, Switzerland and Great Britain.

Shipping

The delivery to the destination country is made by Deutsche Post and DHL. The delivery is made by the cooperation partner in the respective country.

Shipping to Germany is free of charge.

Shipping to foreign countries is free of charge from an order value of 50,-€. Below that amount, 5,90€ will be charged for shipping.

Please note that in case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties and customs clearance fees, may apply, which have to be paid by you. This is a tax-free export delivery according to §4 No. 1a UStG.
