General
We offer our audio books and eBooks as downloads. The delivery includes a flyer with a link or QR code printed on it. As soon as you enter this web address in your browser above, or scan the QR code, you will land on a page on which registration is necessary so that we can send you an e-mail with a download link.
It can be up to twenty minutes until you receive the e-mail with the download link. Please also check your SPAM folder.
With T-Online customers there may be problems with delivery. Please try a different e-mail address.

You will receive a link to your invoice by email immediately after placing your order. You can then download the invoice as a PDF document and save it or print it out for your records. If you have selected Klarna as your payment service, you will receive your invoice via Klarna.
You can use our Returns portal tool. There you will find step-by-step instructions.
The lining of the cushion and the mat are removable, so nothing stands in the way of cleaning the half-linen covers. Simply add a little detergent to lukewarm water and rinse by hand for a few minutes. The BACKLAXX® mat is best left to dry in the air or over a radiator. If necessary, the lining can be removed from the inner covers and the inner covers washed.
!Please do not put in the washing machine or tumble dryer, as this could damage the tips and the cover!

Order and payment
As soon as you have completed your purchase with us at the checkout, you will receive an email with an order confirmation shortly afterwards. Once you have received it, you can be sure that we have received your order.

Yes, your personal data will always be transmitted via secure SSL encryption during the entire ordering process. The security of your data plays a crucial role for us. Personal data is processed by trained personnel and specially secured systems.
You can enter your discount code directly at the checkout in a field at the top right and redeem your discount.
Returns and exchanges
You can use our returns portal for this. There you will find step-by-step instructions.
If you make use of our returns service, an amount of €5.90 will be deducted from the refund.
You can return items to us within 30 days.
As soon as your delivery arrives at our logistics department, we will refund the full purchase amount minus €5.90 if you have made use of our returns service. We will use the payment method you used when ordering.
Don't like the color or want a different version? No problem, you have 30 days to return the goods and place a new order.
Shipping and delivery
We ship climate neutrally via DHL GoGreen or Deutsche Post.
Within Germany the delivery time is 1 - 2 days.
For our direct neighboring countries we need 5 - 6 days.
To all other countries it can take up to 14 days.
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Shipping abroad is free of charge from an order value of €50. Below that, €5.90 will be charged for shipping. Shipping to third countries costs €8.90.

Yes, as soon as we have handed over your order to the parcel service, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link. You can track your shipment via this link. Another option is to receive the delivery status by SMS. By entering your telephone number, you can conveniently receive a text message as soon as the delivery status has changed.

Warranty
Depending on the product, we provide a manufacturer's warranty, which is usually limited to 2 years. However, please check the individual stated warranty for this.
