General
We offer our audio books and eBooks as downloads. The delivery includes a flyer with a link or QR code printed on it. As soon as you enter this web address in your browser above, or scan the QR code, you will land on a page on which registration is necessary so that we can send you an e-mail with a download link.
It can take up to twenty minutes until the e-mail with the download link reaches you.
T-Online customers may have problems with delivery. Please try another e-mail address.
If this does not work, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form. We will try to help you as soon as possible. In such cases we will reply within a few hours.
You will receive a link to your invoice by email directly after placing your order. You can then download the invoice as a PDF document and save it or print it out for your records.
You can use our Returns portal tool. There you will find step-by-step instructions.
The lining of the cushion and the mat are removable, so nothing stands in the way of cleaning the half-linen covers. Simply add lukewarm water with a little detergent and rinse by hand for a few minutes. The BACKLAxx® mat dries best in the air or over a radiator. If necessary, the lining can be removed from the inner covers and the inner covers washed.
!Please do not put in the washing machine or dryer, as this could damage the tips and the cover!

Order and payment
As soon as you have completed your purchase at the checkout, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. Once you have received it, you can be sure that we have received your order.
In rare cases, the email may end up in your spam folder. If you have checked everything and no order confirmation can be found, please contact us via our Contact form.

Returns and exchanges
You can use our returns portal for this. There you will find step-by-step instructions.
The return within Germany is free of charge.
The
cost of returns from abroad is 5,90€.
You can return items to us free of charge within 30 days.
As soon as your delivery arrives in our logistics, we will refund the full amount. We will use the payment method you used when placing your order.
You don't like the colour or you want a different version? No problem, within 30 days you have the possibility to exchange the goods. Please contact us via our Contact form.
Shipping and delivery
We ship climate neutral via DHL GoGreen.
Within Germany the delivery time is 1 - 2 days.
For our direct neighboring countries we need 5 - 6 days.
To all other countries it can take up to 14 days.
Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Shipping abroad is free of charge from an order value of 50,-€. Below that 5,90€ will be charged for shipping.

Currently we ship to all countries of the European Union, Switzerland and Great Britain.
You can contact the parcel service to ask for a preferred date.
Yes, as soon as we have handed over your order to the parcel service, you will receive an email with your consignment number and a link. You can track your shipment via this link. Another option is to receive the delivery status by SMS. You can easily have a message sent to you by SMS as soon as the delivery status has changed by entering your telephone number.

Warranty
Depending on the product, we provide a manufacturer's warranty, which is usually limited to 2 years. However, please check the individual stated warranty for this.
If damage is due to a fault in the manufacturing process, we will refund the item without charge. Please contact us for this via our Contact form contact form.
