"My orthopedist diagnosed me with an exacerbated lumbago, my complaints lasted from mid-February, for 8 weeks I had severe back pain, sometimes I could not walk, could not lie down, could not sit, when lying down I could not even change sides, even when coughing and sneezing I had very severe pain. I refused the drug therapy and injection therapy suggested by the orthopedist and looked for alternative possibilities.

Cupping and lying on the acupressure mathelped me. I used the acupressure mat every evening, on the first day I lay on it for 5 minutes and already noticed the relief and deep relaxation. "I'm Tine and I'm 50 years old and have been a fan of Cross Tapes for a long time. I've been using them for some time, for tension in my neck and wherever else it pinches and tweaks (helps great against migraines and headaches in general) and for mosquito bites.

During the corona period, I was diagnosed with a second herniated disc. I could hardly walk anymore, swung my legs outwards when I walked and actually just hobbled. Turning in bed was also a real challenge. My orthopaedist told me to do some abdominal exercises and it would go away (I'm not the slimmest). I was super frustrated and the pain just wouldn't go away. I don't do it every day, but several times a week I treat myself to a few minutes just for myself. The cushion and mat are always within reach - it's definitely addictive. All in all, I'm so happy to have discovered this for myself and to be pain-free and more flexible again. I simply feel BETTER."
