This was my 2nd order and it was also delivered very quickly and the quality was first class. Previously it was the Accupressure Mat Classic, this time the Intensive. I love them both. The Classic for relaxation and the Intensive for pain relief. Gladly again. :)

I have been using the mat for 14 days now and have used it immediately. Thanks to the blood circulation in my back, I am pain-free again after this short time. The knee pain has also subsided. I can ride my bike again like in the old days. I am also 70 years old and have felt fit again for a long time. I can only recommend this mat myself. If it stings too much, you should use the cotton cloth supplied. Keep at it and you will stay healthy.

I bought this mat because I have problems with my lower back. I've been using it regularly since I got the mat. I started with 5 minutes, yes you have to get used to it, but now I can do 10 minutes. Yes, I can already feel a clear improvement. I also use the mat for my feet as I also have circulatory problems. I use the mat in the evening and my feet are warm for the rest of the evening. That is simply fantastic. In short, I wouldn't want to be without this mat and I'm glad I discovered it 😊.

At first you have to get used to the acupressure mat but the effect is brilliant, relaxation, better sleep, less back pain after a short period of use. Definitely try it out 👍

I have only had this set for 14 days, but I would like to say that my back pain/tension has already improved. The sciatic nerve was tormenting me a lot, the pain has been blown away. Of course you have to get used to the stinging, but I put on a light T-shirt and thinner Capri pants and then lay down on the mat. The only thing I still have to get used to is the neck cushion, but I think that will work soon. The price is right, good quality. Thank you and best regards

I had been thinking about buying a set like this for a while but the price put me off. Now I'm glad I bought it. I use the mat before going to bed or during the day when I feel totally tense. Since I've been using it before going to bed, I lie more peacefully at night and don't have to keep turning over because of back pain.

I can recommend the set with a clear conscience. After an initial familiarization phase, I use the set every day and I have to say that my back is much more relaxed and pain-free. I feel very well overall and have been able to fall asleep better after just a few uses.

Bought acupressure mat because of neck problems. Was also at the orthopedist (tablets against neuritis).
When I use the mat and pillow, I fall into a pleasant deep sleep that lasts about 2 hours.
I can lie on the pillow in the neck area very well. I use the mat every day. Neck has recovered. I also rub ointments on the neck and shoulder area every day as a preventative measure.
